Black Honda Pilot South Carolina License Plate CST 853 bought from Norris Ford

A driver in a black Honda Pilot with South Carolina license plate CST 853 intentionally blocked me in while I was working in my car outside Camelot Cinemas. The driver was a young white male, probably in his 20s and was accompanied by a woman who seemed older, but I am not sure black Honda Pilot with South Carolina license plate CST 853.

How to be a Human Piece of Garbage

After blocking me in, knowing (1) that I was in my car and (2) that I could not get out, this piece of walking debris photographed my license plate, presumably as evidence in case I tried to get out and damaged his freaking car.

How to Deal with Human Trash

I yelled out to thesepeople and said, “If you gave me a chance to move my car before you blocked me in, you wouldn’t need my license plate.”

After that the female tentatively began to say something but then the male driver got back into his Honda Pilot from Norris Ford and moved it so I could get out.

Reciprocating

I don’t care about these people except they exemplify the pure garbage of American society. First, no one should deliberately block someone’s car in a parking lot. Out of thousands of spaces, this buttwad felt like he had to park behind my car. Second, if he really wanted to park there, he should have had the decency to ask me move first. Third, if his car got damaged after he deliberately blocked me in, the damage would be his fault for parking irresponsibly.

Anyway, he took a picture of my car, so here are pictures of his car.

Jose Guerena killed by police in drug raid that wasn’t

It’s a little late to say “I’m sorry” for the police thugs who slaughtered US Marine veteran Jose Guerena.Jose Guerena murdered by Poilce

He is dead now. Pumped full of lead after Sheriff Dupnik’s dipsticks and officers from other agencies decided that he might have drugs in his home, Guerena laid dying in his home as police watched, refusing to allow any emergency personnel access to their prey because they “thought” that armed people had to be inside with him.

No one was with him except his wife and son. His other son was at school that morning. Welcome to the Police State.

The results of the raid were just as troubling as the increasing violence of police against innocent Americans. As Fox News reports,

…nothing illegal was found during a subsequent search of the residence

Police state USA

The constitution doesn’t matter to the President, to Congress or the courts, so why should it matter to police?

Drunk on their crazed lust for power, the Pima County SWAT thugs though about nothing except their botched intelligence that made them 100% certain that Guerena was involved in a drug ring. Sneaking up unannounced, they startled Vanessa Guerena, his wife, who pleaded with armed thugs who turned out to be police  through her window saying that she had a baby.

Home invasion

Thinking that a home invasion was underway, Vanessa woke up her husband who told her to hide in the closet with their son. He grabbed a weapon and prepared to defend his home and his family against the unannounced intruders. When they broke down the door, the fired more than 70 shots at the man. Fox News played the video with audio on Friday May 27 on the Fox Report.

The police invaders added a new dimension to the term “overkill.”

Although initial reports said that Guerena was hit more than 60 times, reports now indicate that he was only hit 22 times. Wow. Thanks for giving him such a break.

Rather than allowing Guerena to be treated for the dozens of wounds they inflicted on him, they sat their watching him die for longer than an hour, denying him emergency care.

Police lies

Of course, the police said that their abusive illegal behavior was justified.

First, they claimed that someone had illegally “run” the plates on an unmarked vehicle near the Guerena home.

Second, they claimed that Guerena had fired on them. He didn’t. The police changed their story saying that the safety was engaged on Guerena’s gun and that no shots were fired by the weapon.

The evidence

The police said that they found a photo on the premises of Jesus Malverde, a man that they call a “narco saint,” several legal guns, some body armor and a cap that they say was part of a law enforcement uniform.

Nearly a month after the murder, police now admit that they found no evidence to substantiate their supposition that Guerena was part of a “home invasion crew” nor was anything found that connected their victim to illegal drugs.

No “justice for all”

The perpetrators of this ill-conceived attack have been praised for their work rather than reprimanded. They haven’t even been put on ice during the investigation of the shooting. According to CNN,

The five deputies involved in the shooting remain on active duty. No criminal charges have been filed and no disciplinary action taken.

Micael Storie, a Police union attorney boasted to the media that none of their officers thugs have ever been charged with misconduct during his tenure. Rather than a testimony to a well-run police force, Storie rather testifies to the impunity with which police have grown accustomed to operating.

Moving forward

Chris Scileppi, the attorney representing the Guerena family in the case, says that a ream of documents and CDs have been released to him about the case which his team will be reviewing.

A Jose Guerena memorial sponsored by Oath Keepers is scheduled for Memorial Day, May 30, 2011.

Gates bids farewell to Army, better victuals tweak West Point cadets

Secretary of Defense Robert Gates visited West Point this week in what some analysts consider a farewell to theRobert Gates bids farewell to Army, eats steak burgers and onion rings, not tuna Army. In a speech to the cadet corps (that’s pronounced “corpse,” as Barry Soetoro says it), Gates suggested that land invasions in the Middle East and Asia should be avoided by American presidents in the future, according to the Times-Herald Record.

A changing Army

In a nod to increasing financial pressures on the American government and the changing nature of warfare, Gates said that the size of the Army and the nature of its equipment will be difficult to justify in its present state.

Sounding a bit dismal at times, Gates specifically addressed retention, suggesting that the upcoming cadre of officers trained by the United States Military at West Point may not have a full military career to look forward to as graduates in previous eras.

The Dilbert Principle

Well-trained officers graduating from West Point may find themselves working as Dilbert-style cube-dwelling agents of government and corporate bureaucracies creating PowerPoint slides, drinking coffee and making up reasons not to do any work rather than leading and taking responsibility for thousands of troops in battle or keeping the peace overseas.

SECDEF: The Neary Impossible Job of Secretary of Defense

Overall, Gates seemed somewhat critical of the decision to engage enemies in Afghanistan and Iraq, although he did not criticize either his former boss or the Obama regime.

Class warfare

Although not directly addressed by Secretary Gates, warfare of another kind seemed to develop among the corps over Gates’ appearance. Apparently the food service staffers at West Point managed to conjure up some juicy steak burgers and tasty onion rings for Gates and the cadets dining at his table, but served “tuna paste” to the rest of the cadets.

A disgruntled “The Grind” Facebook post, reads, “Talk about Servant Leadership. While the rest of us were choking down PB&J or Tuna fish leftovers the bougoise [sic] had a nice meal of Burgers and Onion Rings. Equality my a[$$],” offering photographic evidence of Gates’ superior vittles at the event.

Dan Gilbert, owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers called the decision by LeBron James to sign with the Miami Heat a “cowardly decision.” Since when does hanging on to an extra $12 million to $25 million constitute cowardice? To financial analysts (and most likely to LeBron) the “no-brainer” decision to head for Florida makes good business sense.
